Stephen Siegel, a longtime customer and lifelong lover of classic Jewish delis, purchased the Brand in 2018 and renamed it Siegel's Bagelmania.

Everything is made from scratch daily - from our New York-style boiled bagels and house-whipped cream cheeses to our double-baked rye bread, fresh pastries, and famous 100-year-old chicken noodle soup recipe. We're a full 10,000-square-foot deli with a full bar with slot machines, outdoor patio, private event space, and an expansive to-go deli - a true, full-service Jewish deli experience.

We have three Las Vegas locations - our 10,000 sq ft flagship at 252 Convention Center Dr. (next to the Las Vegas Convention Center), a second location inside Harry Reid International Airport at Terminal 1, A Gates, and a third in Boca Park.

Siegel's Bagelmania has a location inside Harry Reid International Airport at Terminal 1, A Gates - serving fresh New York-style bagels, deli sandwiches, pastries, and more from 5AM to 2AM daily.

Our Convention Center location is open 365 days a year. We also offer special holiday catering menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Passover, and Rosh Hashanah - contact us to plan your holiday event.

Yes! Our flagship Convention Center location has parking available and complimentary valet. The restaurant also offers a parking lot buyout option for large private events.

Absolutely! Our pastries, cookies, and desserts are all mixed and baked from scratch. Favorites include black and white cookies, chocolate chip, raspberry and apricot rugelach, west coast crumb cake, chocolate dip macaroons, chocolate chip babka cake, and fresh pistachio, blueberry, and crumb loaves.

Yes! We have several vegetarian-friendly options including our Las Vegan sandwich (roasted red pepper hummus, tomato, shaved red onion, cucumber and sprouts), bagels with shmear, egg salad, vegetable cream cheese, fresh salads, and more. Ask your server for guidance.
